PARKING
Central Pacific Plaza parking facility is operated and managed by ABM Parking Services in cooperation with the Building Management. They maintain a booth between the exit and entrance garage ramps on the lower 2nd level of the parking garage.
The parking garage will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The garage will be closed on Sunday and Building Holidays.
Monthly parking charges are subject to change on thirty (30) days' notice. Hourly parking rates will be set by ABM Parking Services subject to change on thirty (30) days' notice. Validation books may be purchased by tenants at the ABM Parking Services Parking booth.
PARKING GARAGE INFORMATION
- Entrance is on South King Street
- Upper parking levels exit onto Alakea Street; basement exits onto Richards Street
- Maximum clearance approximately 6'3"
- Speed limit - 5 m.p.h.
- Monthly charge for motorcycles, motor scooters and mopeds in specified areas.
BICYCLES
Bicycles are not allowed on the premises or in the Building. There is a bicycle rack located in the alleyway loading area and is free of charge with a completed registration form.
There is a monthly charge for motorcycles, mopeds and motor scooters. Parking for mopeds, motor scooters and motorcycles are located on the 3rd and 5th floors for the garage and are labeled as “motorcycle parking only”. Please be sure to lock your transportation up. Space is limited to a first-come, first-served basis. Any mopeds or motorcycles parked elsewhere shall be subject to parking charges or removal at rider's expense.
