The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are:
| Monday - Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. |
| Saturday | 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. |
| Sundays and Holidays | No Air Conditioning |
Requests for after-hours services of air conditioning must be requested through the Central Pacific Plaza A/C After-Hours Web-Based System.
Tenant must enter the following link into the web browser address bar: https://cpp.hesbms.com (opens in new window) to access the system, enter tenant’s assigned 4-digit user ID code (assigned by building management) for both the user name and pass code and then at the login screen complete the request.
Effective January 1, 2021, the after-hours A/C rate is $30.00 per hour (including Hawaii General Excise Tax) per individual air handler.
Please note all requested Saturday usage during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. will NOT be charged, except for building holidays that fall on a Saturday.
