SIDEWALK DELIVERIES ON EITHER ALAKEA OR KING STREET AND MOVES THROUGH THE LOBBY ARE NOT PERMITTED.
The freight entrance is through the garage basement and shall be used by tradesmen, suppliers or movers in making deliveries to or from your office. The freight elevators must be used for all deliveries and moves except small deliveries that can be carried without the aid of hand trucks or other equipment.
The delivery or removal of large objects or a quantity of items shall be prearranged by contacting Building Management. Notification of such should be at least two (2) working days in advance. The loading zone in the basement parking garage is for bulk loads with prearranged reservations.
All deliveries or moves shall be arranged during special freight elevator hours. These hours are:

- After regular working hours, there will be a nominal charge for Building services. Again, Building Management must be notified at least two (2) working days in advance.
- Only hand trucks equipped with rubber tires and slide guards will be permitted in the Building.
- ALL DELIVERIES SHALL BE BROUGHT THROUGH THE BASEMENT ONLY.
- All deliveries requiring exclusive use of an elevator shall be scheduled through the Building Management office and in any event, such use will not be permitted without the use of elevator protective padding and such use will not be permitted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- All persons making deliveries to any Tenant shall sign the Delivery Log in the Security Office.
DELIVERY PARKING
The unloading of materials from delivery trucks may be accomplished in the loading zone in the garage basement. Once the truck has been unloaded, it must be moved immediately to allow others to use the area. The basement loading zone is not to be used for parking.
