Emergencies

In the event of a riot or public disturbance, the following steps should be taken:

• Do not become a spectator. Leave or avoid the area of disturbance to prevent injury or possible arrest.
• If there is no sign of police in the general vicinity, notify the police.
• If participants enter your suite, be courteous and do not provoke any incident.
• Lock all doors and close all blinds.
• Do not argue or enter into a debate with the participants.
• Use common sense and keep calm.

The Building Security may dictate that certain services may be limited or curtailed and that access to the building be restricted to protect the tenant and his/her property.
