Bicycle Parking

Commuting by bike to work is a great way to cut down on vehicle emissions and reduce your carbon footprint along with increasing daily physical activity. To support these initiatives, Central Pacific Plaza is equipped with a tenant courtesy bicycle rack conveniently located in the alleyway loading area and is free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis with a completed registration form. Bicycles are to be parked and secured on the bicycle rack and NOT in the loading/unloading parking stalls.

Bicyclists are responsible for providing their own lock(s) and securing their bicycle to the rack. We encourage you to use proper locking techniques when securing your bicycle to the bicycle rack. Overnight storage of bicycle is not allowed. Security will monitor bicycles on a daily basis. They will tag, log and eventually remove bikes left overnight.

Bicycles are not permitted elsewhere in the building and should not be parked or secured on any handrails as this may violate ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements. Bikes secured in unauthorized locations will be removed, without notice, at the owner’s expense.

Please Note: Bicycles are parked at owner’s risk. The building is not responsible for any theft and/or damage from the use of the bicycle rack.

Completed registration forms can be emailed to leslie.reyes@colliers.com or delivered in person to the Management Office locate on the 15th floor in Suite 1595.
