Central Pacific Plaza on-site guard service is provided by Securitas, Inc. The Security Office is located in the basement.
Three (3 guards will be on duty at all times during normal building hours: One (1) guard will man the Security Office in the basement, one (1) guard will man the lobby area and one (1) guard will function as a roving guard.
The security guard hours may change from time to time as deemed necessary. These guards are responsible for patrolling the public areas of the Building and for carrying out security procedures specified by the Building Management. It must be emphasized, however, that the security of Tenants' premises is the responsibility of the Tenants and neither the Building Owner, Building Manager, nor Securitas, Inc. can be responsible for these areas.
