Contractors


REPAIRS/ALTERATIONS/ADDITIONS TO PREMISES

Prior to commencement of construction for any repair, alteration or addition to the Premises, Tenant shall submit to Landlord, in writing, for Landlord's written approval the following:

  1. work description
  2. work schedule
  3. names of architect, general contractor and any sub-contractors
  4. working drawings and specifications
  5. copy of Building Permit
  6. copy of Performance Bond and Insurance Certificate (by Contractor)
  7. copy of Completion Bond (by Tenant). Following completion of construction

Tenant shall submit a set of the final plans and specifications of the improvements as constructed. Landlord reserves the right to withhold consent of any alteration or addition to the Premises.

Tenant shall also provide Landlord with lien releases upon request.

Only contractors approved by Landlord shall be permitted to carry out any repairs, alterations or additions within the Premises and/or the Building.
