Cleaning


Janitorial maintenance for the Building is provided under contract agreement with KV Maintenance LLC.

Janitorial personnel will commence their weekly office cleaning schedule at approximately 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and during morning and afternoon hours on Sunday.

For increased fire safety and energy conservation, the janitors are instructed to turn off all light switches and to leave all interior office doors opened or closed (depending on how it was found) upon completing work in each area. Only those interior doors that are already locked when they enter for cleaning purposes shall be locked when the janitors complete their work therein.

Good housekeeping is a very important phase of our building operation. We want to know when the service is not satisfactory. We meet regularly with the cleaning contractor manager who services the building to discuss their performance and areas where improvement may be required.

Our staff will make regular inspections in an effort to maintain satisfactory levels of performance and we appreciate your assistance in this area as well.

If a small cleaning problem should arise during working hours, please contact Building Security at (808) 521-9803.

If trash that is to be disposed of is not in wastebaskets, then please inform the cleaning personnel by leaving a large note on such items marked TRASH.

Please DO NOT leave items that are not trash on top or near wastebaskets that might be misconstrued as garbage. If you have special cleaning needs, such as carpet shampooing, then contact the Building Management Office (808) 521-6022. Special cleaning services can be arranged at tenant expense.

All members of the Building Engineer/Maintenance staff wear distinctive identification. Any maintenance or janitorial problems should be reported to the Building Management Office.

No one other than those approved in writing by Landlord shall be permitted to perform any janitorial service in the Building. Janitorial services, if supplied by Landlord, shall not include shampooing or spot cleaning of carpets or dry cleaning of draperies. Landlord shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any Tenant's property by the janitor, its employees or any other person performing janitorial services.
